Verified Our leasing office had a really complex and unusual vertical and push bar style lock that we needed to get replaced. Multiple locksmiths had come out and told us that it would cost thousands of dollars to get it replaced but 911 locksmith came in not only was their job very professional and thorough but Raymond was amazing at explaining everything he did and if he needed extra parts he communicated that. I would highly recommend this locksmith due to their professionalism, their willingness to work with you and their thorough and knowledgeable work.

Duane is an effing hero! He came to look at a door knob that came off from the inside of the house of the front door . Repaired it instantly and fixed an issue with our gate that prevented it from closing all the way . He worked quickly , efficiently and you could tell he knew his stuff. As he was leaving he asked if there was anything else ... there actually was .... A door issue in our shower the was preventing the knob for locking it in place . He too fixed that . He was in and out of there in 20 min or less with all 3 tasks . We are very grateful to his kindness , patience and professionalism. Will recommend them a million times over!!!

Chorok L.

The best price after inquiring from 5 places. You get an email confirmation with a picture of a technician visiting you, which is very assuring at a time like now. A very courteous service too!

Barry ..

Had locks replaced. Tech was very nice and did a quality job. Cut out a new hole to add a lock on one of the doors. Everything works great!
